Kansas State University
Project Destiny HEP

The High School Equivalency Program based at K-State serves students in Emporia through Flint Hills Technical College, Garden City through Garden City Community College and Kansas City through El Centro, Inc.  The goal of Project Destiny is to collaborate with local, state and national agencies and organizations to improve education and related services for migrant children and their families through the development and study of programs and training addressed at specific needs.
