MEP Service Delivery Plan
Each MEP applicant was asked to identify strategies to address identified areas of need within School Readiness, Reading, Mathematics, and Graduation as they completed the Title I, Part C portion of the Local Consolidated Plan application. The purpose of the District Action Plan is to tie the strategies chosen to identify needs from the FY08 Local Needs Assessment and to explain how these strategies will be implemented within the local MEP. The goal of this process is to focus on data-driven decision making and continual program improvement to assist local Migrant Education Projects in meeting the Measurable Program Outcomes for the state of Kansas.
